Check in on Friday by 4PM (No earlier) and Checkout on Thursday No later than 10 AM as we have to have turnover cleaning for next group. Minimum 7 Day Rental at $2,500 - per week (7 Days). If you stay for more than a week, cleaning crew will come again, they will wash and turn the linens, towels, dishes and clean the home. if you require more, it would need to be discussed with them directly and paid to them direclty, and approved with landlord, so they are made aware ahead of time, and additional prices can be discussed. Garbage days will be posted as well as wifi. Please also be mindful of the neighbors who live here year round and respect the noise ordinances. We just want everyone to have some fun and enjoy the beach! Homeowners requires NTN screening for approval to rent. Application is provided in documents on the documents section. Please use seasonal lease and provide any additional provisions within the document. Landlord also requires tenant insurance if renting for over 30 days.
